Archos 404 PMP Details Leaked

If you like the portable media player devices, Archos has a new line up you may be interested in. Taking your video, tunes and more on the road or in the air cam make a long and boring trip in to a long enjoyable one, so long as your batteries hold up.

The Archos 404, which sounds as if it was named after a web server error, has some nice features. Namely a 30GB internal HDD and a 3.5" 320 x 240 LCD with 16 million colors. It reads gobs of video & audio formats including MP3, WMA, WAV, JPEG, BMP, PNG, MPEG4 ASP (Level 5), XviD, DivX 4, DivX 5, WMV9 (max resolution of 704x 480 @ 30fps, 720 X 576 @ 25fps). A voice recorder and PDF reader is also included in the feature list. Battery life is 15 hours for just audio playing and four hours for video.
