Well, school is out and while summer isn't officially upon us, summer-like heat is for sure. Arctic Cooling's Arctic Breeze is a cooling option for the computer user that is powered by the PC USB port. The fan itself is a 92mm design with a low noise impeller to keep things quiet and cool. The fan also offers two speed settings of 1200 rpm and 2000 rpm.

In addition to the dual speed settings the Arctic Cooling fan also has an on/off switch so you don't have to unplug the fan to turn it off. The USB cable is 1.5 meters long so it should be long enough to plug into a computer tower beside your desk and still reach the desktop. The device is set for availability in June for $15.95.
