Now that several automobiles are about to be manufactured with USB ports instead of the traditional CD changer, it only makes sense that music be released on flash drives, which is exactly what the Canadian alt. rock group Barenaked Ladies is doing.
Barenaked on a Stick will be released by the Netwerk Music Group on November 22nd, to be carried by Amazon.com and the Werkshop, Netwerk's online store. The 128mb flash drive will feature 29 songs including the entire Barenaked for the Holidays 2004 album, along with exclusive demos, adlibs, and video content. The drive's reusable too, so once you rip the content to your hard drive, you can use the flash drive for storing your portable data.Filed under USB Flash Drives
