Corsair is adding two new higher capacity flash drives to their Flash Readout USB 2.0 drive lineup in 4GB and 8GB capacities. Like the smaller capacity drives in this series the display is a Biostable Cholestric Display (BCD) which is able to retain and display information for up to a year without a battery. The BCD shows you the used and available capacities and the volume label. Compatibility is with both USB 2.0 and 1.1 on Windows, Linux and Mac OS 9 and later. Claimed write speeds are 7MB/sec and read speeds are 20MB/sec.
