Say, you survived the safari in Africa, but are now overwhelmed by a dozen of 8GB CF cards full of wildlife shoots needed to upload to your PC. Delkin ImageRouter has you in mind. Their multi-card reader is definitely unlike anything you've seen; it basically transfers up to 4 CompacFlash cards at the same time. Its built-in USB hub allows you to daisy-chain more units together. So no more card swapping. But you won't be able to use simple drag 'n drop as the reader requires special software like BackupAndBurn that jumps to the next card when transfer from the last CF is finished. The Delkin ImageRouter has a top speed of 19MB/s read & 18MB/s write with 4 UDMA cards inserted. Connect another one and the speed drops to 17MB/s and 15MB/s for read and write respectively. We wonder whether the shipping product will come with Mac-compatible driver for iPhoto and Aperture support. - Get Lexar Professional UDMA Dual-Slot USB Reader now for $32.96 at Amazon.com
