Counterfeit Money Detecting Mouse

  July 2nd, 2007

WE RECOMMEND

Counterfeit money is a problem worldwide, not just here in the States. Embotec has released a money detector mouse in the Korea market that helps detect counterfeit money and gift certificates by using an adapted lens controlled by the scroll wheel. The zoom function turns itself off after 13 seconds. It seems that the mouse lens zooms in on the money or gift certificate allowing you to see the authentication marks closely. I guess they don’t have those pens that show if cash is real in Korea. Then again, those pens don’t always catch counterfeit cash here in the states do they. The mouse is set to launch in July, and there is no word yet on the pricing of the mouse.
