First off, I have about 592MB of Apps on my flash drive, so the more free space I can have, the better..
First I downloaded the Nlite Add-on Maker 1.24 from:

Then after chosing tha App directory and setting the file compression to ULTRA, the program will be zipped up into a .cab file.
Unzip the cab file, Open the folder, you will find a sub-folder named svcpack, your new file is there.
The results will vary using different programs, but when I used this method on Paint.net the size went from 11.7mb to 4.06mb.
The game Another World went from 74mb to 54mb.
EasyRecovery Professional went from 28mb down to 8mb.
**ALSO, I only use this method on programs that do not have frequent updates, I don't use it on anything that has a config file to save changes in, not antivirus or programs like ad-aware....
You can also "inject" any Icon you like to change the appearance of the .exe, I use Microangelo's Toolset to do this.
Some programs will come out larger, in which case I wouldn't use this method.
Let me know how this works out for you!!!
