With CES 2008 just around the corner, it's that time of year for all the new gadgets to start popping up out of the woodwork. Fujifilm seems to be starting things off by expanding their Z Series of cameras with the super slim FinePix Z100fd. It is packed with more features than you can shake a stick at, including face detection and automatic red eye removal. Perhaps what is most attractive about the camera besides its $250 price tag is the unit's dimensions, being only 19.8mm thick. That didn't stop Fujifilm from throwing in 5x optical zoom, 8 MP's, a 2.7 inch LCD, and SDHC compatibility. If you are in need of a SDHC card, make sure to check out the SanDisk 4GB Hybrid card as it appears the Z100fd only supports Full-Speed USB, at a measly 12Mbit/s. About Everything USB
