Gigabyte's Ambitious K8100 Aivia Gaming Keyboard
Gigabyte is certainly no stranger to gaming peripherals - as they do make some killer gaming mice and keyboards at killer prices - so it comes as no surprise that they have finally created one of the first keyboards designed from the ground up with gaming in mind. Unlike the Logitech G510, MS Sidewinder X6, various Razer keyboards, etc which are labeled as gaming keyboards, the Gigabyte Aviva K8100 has literally be designed from the ground up to help improve your gaming prowess.

Some of the coolest features this bad boy boasts is its properly angled wrist rest which is designed to be USED during gaming and its keys which requires different amounts of pressure to activate based on where they are (the keys you "mash" on require more force than the ones you hit with your pinkie); though its back-lighting, GHOST macro engine (with 5 G-Keys) and included spare rubberized W,A,S,D keys are right up there. Sadly while it even boasts a touch sensitive volume bar the K8100 gaming keyboard is based off of shorter lived dome keys and not mechanical keys. All in all, it is a great gaming keyboard and with a MSRP of a moderate $70 - $80 (depending on whether you want the black, red or yellow version) it is actually pretty reasonably priced considering all the engineering that went into it.
