What is this?
Slim on design, but not slim on features. The credit card-sized MP3 player with 256MB has a Hi-Speed USB interface that doubles as battery charge, and also records FM radio and voice.

"VERY GOOD SOUND!" I baught a Muvo Slim for christmas. I used it several times as i'm a music lover!!
The MuVo Slim has good quality in sound and very small to travel. I'm not satisfied with its microphone as the volume is low even if sound is high!!

"Battery cover breaks" I had the same problem as the previous poster. The battery cover (which they call the "battery panel") has broken TWICE. First time was after one day of ownership; I exchanged the MuVo Slim at the retailer (who also b**tched and moaned that I must have abused it.) Second time, I wrote to Creative Support, which acted like they'd never heard of this before. Otherwise it's a great product, but I wouldn't recommend because they don't know how to treat their customers. Hey, the iPod Shuffle may be technically inferior, but I hear that Apple at least is trying to keep their customers happey. From jbhowser, January 26, 2005
"Good except battery cover gives way after 2 weeks" Pros:
Sound is reasonable good.
Feature is good with radio and radio/voice recording.
Size is slim.
Cons:
Battery cover give way just after 14 days without any drop or force whatsoever on my part. The service centre people insisted that it was "impossible" for such defect and i "must have abuse it. They are repairing it oni on goodwill.
Personally, i'm paying USD200 just to be accused of "abusing" their product when it's failed. From David Wong, May 24, 2004
