User Review(s)
"Does not do what it's suppose to" My burner is very poor at both recognising DVR+R and DVD-R media uner Win XP and the amount of media that had been destroyed as a result has been enormously costly.
Tech support have been dreatful as usual - I spent months trying to resolve the problem inclusing reformatting Hard Drive and fresh installing burner firmware (updated). Iomega have sold me something that performs okay as a slow CD burner with capability forDVD+RW/DVD-RW From John Murphy, January 21, 2005

Iomega have sold me something that performs okay as a slow CD burner with capability for DVD+RW/DVD-RW - in fact a machine that does everything but what I want it to do.
I have uninstalled completly all Iomega firmware and tested the machine with the likes of clone DVD, Nero and Pinnacle Instant Copy - I have had an occasional 'result' with Pinnacle but that's about it!
I have finally decided after 4 months of using it that enough is enough - I am buying a new machine and vow never to buy another Iomega product - a complete rip off! From Jack Murphy, January 21, 2005
