"Needs to be improved, but not bad" This mouse is half-decent. However, the fact that you have to buy batteries everytime it runs out is very dissapointing. Also the wireless range is very short (I need to have the mouse about 5cm away from the receiver). When the battery is low, the mouse acts very sluggish (for me, it randomly right clicks on the screen...) Overall I would rate it:

"Nice idea, Need to fix software" I bought this mouse to use with my new laptop and was impressed with the design. However, everytime I reboot the computer I get an error message. Tried, calling the company and they have a recording, "You have reached the office during non business hours...This was EST at 9AM and 10AM.. Terrible service. I'm going to return to store soon.

"little unresponsive, but decent" I just got this for my laptop, wanted something small and portable. This little thing looked good, plugged it in and rebooted. Worked fine, though sometimes when the comp boots up, it doesnt detect the mouse, so reboot fun! It lacks in the response time, finding it somewhere I hadnt wanten it to go. But its compact size is great. From Brandon, June 25, 2003
"Not ready for market, needs improvement" In principle it is a good mouse. Acceptable RC range, good battery life (get rechargable NiMH).
In principle, if it would work. Usually my Win2K SP3 with correct USB-2.0 drivers from Compaq doesn't recognize it as HID on first try. It's an unknown device, cannot start, whatever. Sometimes it only works after removing it from the device manager manually, unplug, reconnect ... again ...
The battery life stems from the power safe mode, the mouse enters shortly after going idle. In that mode, it doesn't respond to short moves, you have to push it a little harder or click a button to wake it up.
