"Easy to Lose" If you are going to leave this in a bag or at the home/office, then it works fine and has a utility to secure some or all of the drive with a password. The loop for the strap is open and on the cap, which is easily disengaged. I've almost lost it a couple times and it seems bulky compared to most newer models. I am looking at the IOMEGA mini because it has a wire band to secure the cap to the drive. From Kerry O, January 27, 2005
