"Useful but Flimsy" -It is made out of cheap-looking plastic, no rubber insertions whatsoever. It will crack if you step on it.
-The cap from the USB connector keeps coming off in my pocket, I will lose it sometime, I'm sure.
-It's hard to pull the memory stick out of it. It does not have a "push to release" system, I have to get a really good grip of the sides of the card to pull it out. That can be difficult, and I risk bending the card.
Overall it feels like a cheap toy and not like a hi-tech device.
Although useful, I'd shop for something else.

"satisfied with performance, can't always hot plug" I use this with a secure digital 256mb card, generaly to move files between work and home. Lots easier than buring a CD. My ancient machines all have USB 1.0 and it works fine with those. Two problems:I can hot plug it reliably only on my Windows XP machine. On Windows 2000 and Windows ME I occasionally have to have the Jumpdrive plugged in before boot, or reboot after plugging it in. Also recommend using it with a USB extension cord ($3?) since it's too wide to fit if anything else is plugged in within a hair's breadth of the USB slot. Those are minor problems comared to the benefits of performance and flexibility. From Charlie Kramer, December 20, 2003
