"Installation under windows98se almost impossible"
I donīt recommend this camera to users of Windows 98. I had a hard time getting my computer back to life after I had to restart it(After the initial installation). I had to restart in safemode and uncheck some of the stuff in MSCONFIG under Autostart. After I restartet it then it worked fine til I tried to start the program (Image Studio). Just froze up. I tried new USB stuff from Microsoft and Chipset drivers from VIA. I think I will be bringing this camera back to the store and just buy me 3 others for the same price and just put a long cable on them. The only thing that seems to work is the blinking diode in the camera and the red light on the receiver. The lights look good though. If anyone has any tips on how to get this thing to work with Windows98, please send me an e-mail. Thank you

"yes but"
I recommend this product if you want to go back to using headphones. The product is fine it seems until you go online and try and connect through msn.
It seems if two people have the same logitech quickcam cordless, its fine with both users on headphones, but if you both try and use speakers the interference is terrible, we have tried everything, [turning the wave and master volume up and down]everything.
If anyone knows how we can fix this problem, please contact me, we have actually moved the cameras away from speakersin case this was the problem, alas it wasn't
thanks for your time in reading this
