Switzerland-based Swissbit has just finished it’s “Travel it easy” software suite, and is said to bundle them with all of their USB devices. The software acts much like CruzerSync, allowing for encryption, file and MS Outlook synchronization, and syncing your IE bookmarks. Additionally, there is also an anonymous “No Trace Internet Browsing” function, which keeps your history, cache, and cookies on your flash drive rather than the host computer’s hard drive.
Should you lose the drive, a “Lost & Found” HTML file in a publicly-accessible section stores your personal contact info in case whoever happens to pick it up has a kind soul and decides to return it rather than formatting it for themselves.Filed under USB Flash Drives
