The cool part about all-in-one printers is that they do it all in one device, the bad part about them is that they frequently try to do it all and aren’t the best at any one thing. Seems that when CNET Asia reviewed the HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One that’s what they found. CNET gives it a good rating but note that it has no PictBridge support (which I never use anyway). The real deal breaker for me is the fact that you can get more printer for your money. Other cool features include Ethernet connectivity in addition to the USB connectivity and compatibility with both Mac and PC. Six ink tanks are used in the printer for better photo prints and the print resolution is 4800 DPI max. If you want a smaller portable printer, the HP A716 we reviewed previously is a nice choice.
