Record Directly to iPod & PSP w/ iRecord

  October 20th, 2006

If you are a fan of watching TV or movies on your iPod or PSP, iRecord is looking to make transferring the video files to you portable device easier. Using the iRecord you don’t need to have access to a computer for the transfer or encoding of the video. iRecord is a device that records video and audio directly to USB mass storage devices, like your iPod. You can connect the device directly to your DVD, VCR, TV, STB or any other analog video source. After connection you press the button and the iRecord takes care of the rest. Patent-pending compression techniques allow you to get three hours of audio/video per GB of storage on your portable device. Video is encoded in H.264/AVC and audio is in AAC. Music only recording is in MP3 format. The device seems similar to the iLoad we have talked about before.
