Webcams have many uses from creating video blogs to having voice chats with friends and family scatter around the country or world. Webcams mirrors normal cameras and camcorders in that the tethered cam is always getting smaller and gaining resolution. Microsoft has introduced its new third generation webcam called the LifeCam Show that it promises to be one of the smallest on the market. The LifeCam Show has a unique multi-attachment option so that the webcam can magnetically attach to the bundled laptop clip or 11" desktop stand. Two attachment discs that came with the LifeCam allow you to attach the adhesive disc to the back of a laptop for greater portability. The 2-megapixel cam is now upgraded with glass element lens to better adjust for the low-light environment. Its noise-canceling mic is reportedly suspended inside a tiny air chamber inside the webcam to prevent it from vibrating against other material and causing excess noise. We sure hope this works as effective as it sounds. As with other LifeCams, this one is optimized for Windows Live!, including features like Photo Swap, One-Touch Blogging, and LifeCam Dashboard as well as the all new Video Messages (aka. Live! Vmail). The camera will be available in October for a hefty $99.95. - Get Microsoft LifeCam Show now for $64.95 at Amazon.com
