With speeds of up to 12x10x32 write/re-write/read under USB 2.0, the IO Gear Impulse features BURN-Proof technology to eliminate wasted CDs and recording errors. The drive is also USB 1.1 backwards compatible, for 4x4x6 speeds.
IO Gear has bundled the Nero 5 Burning ROM CD-RW software, as well as the required cables, blank CD-R/RW media and a CD carrying case.
Supporting Windows ME/2000/XP and with an MRSP of $349, the IO Gear Impulse is available right now.
