Iomega Expands Flash Drive Line

Iomega bumps up its 9-gram Micro Mini USB Flash Drive and Mini USB 2.0 Drive to 256MB and 1GB capacity respectively.

The Micro Mini 256MB is distinguished by its ultra small, all-round design and the ability to run Iomega’s two hundred different titles of ActiveDisk applications, ranging OpenOffice to MusicMatch. The Hi-Speed USB drive tops at 8MB/s, and comes with an illuminated USB cable, keychain and neck chain.

The Mini USB 2.0 Drive 1GB is also ActiveDisk compatible, and is a private-branded DiskOnKey whose performance tops at 9MB/s read and 7MB/s write.
