Six-Ounce FireLite Hard Drive Holds 100GB

  October 21st, 2004

Editing a video project between your school and home, but it’s taking up more gigabytes than your iPod has to offer? SmartDisk may have the answer with their newest USB FireLite hard drive.

The updated 100GB hard drive comes in a 6-ounce, 3” x 5” magnesium alloy enclosure, and for added convenience draws power from the USB line rather than requiring an extra AC adaptor. Also, because it is recognized as a mass storage device in both Windows and Mac, there are no drivers to install, and you can use it with nearly any computer that has a USB port.
