New ARCDrive Puts 4GB on Keychain

  January 6th, 2005

To add futher confusion to deciding between the various portable 1” hard drives, Archos has released it’s own ARCDrive 4GB USB Key, based on the 4GB Hitachi Microdrive. This thing is tiny, coming in at 1.8” x 1.7” x 0.5” and only weighing 40 grams. While no backup software of any sort is included, the selling point of the drive is the ability to place it on a keychain, and the USB connector folds in to make a square.

Archos will have the drive in stores later this month in both America and Europe for $149 / €149.
