Philips USB Digital Frame Doubles as Alarm Clock Radio

  November 12th, 2007

DON'T MISS

I am a big fan of digital picture frames; they are a great way to show off the digital pictures you take without having to resort to printing images out and setting frames all over your home. Philips has the perfect digital frame for use in the bedroom, which is more an alarm clock than a typical digital photo frame.

The Philips AJL308 has a 7-inch screen that shows the time, date and day of the week as well as having slots for two alarms to be displayed. You can wake up to MP3’s and one would assume the good old beep as well. The alarm clock has a bit less than half the screen space given over to displaying digital pictures uploaded via USB or from SD memory cards plugged into the frame. An AM/FM tuner is also included for waking up to the radio.
