I see a whole new beach vendor market on the horizon. Hire a hot girl, put her in this solar powered bikini that soaks up the sun to recharge your USB rechargeable cell phone. She can walk around to all the pasty geeks that need more juice for their phones, or need to bee seen with a hot girl, and top their phones off for a fee. The bikini sports enough solar panels arrayed across the top and bottom of the suit to provide 6.5 volts at 1.5 amps and can power the cell phone I mentioned and a peltier junction for keeping your drink cool. I guess if you want to be able to recharge devices with more voltage requirements you simply need to hire larger bikini wearers so you can fit more solar panels to the bikini. Naturally there will come a point of diminishing returns with that theory for more than one reason.
