Here's a single-port CF USB 1.1 host card for Windows Mobile 2003/2005 & Pocket PC. This really sound like a fusion of two near obsolete technologies. Practically speaking, it's hard to find a PDA with a CF slot these days, unless you are looking at the niche industrial category or eBay. Regardless, should you need access to this short list of confirmed USB devices, the SolarExpress PDA II seems to be your only option. Perhaps their developers can come up with some drivers for USB GPS and scanners drivers to expand the card's versatility. As the card draws power from the PDA, its port can supply only 200mA; though there's a Y-USB cable from which you can draw more other power sources.
