Sony's NW-HD5 MP3 Player with Drop Protection

Sony just renewed its hard drive-based MP3 player with the new NW-HD5, a credit card-sized 20GB audio player with an aluminum body. Among the special features are its 'follow-turn' feature that synchronizes the display orientation to your hand movement; and G-sensor that provides immediate shock protection for the HDD data even if the player is dropped from just 1m.

Available in a choice of black, silver and red, the NW-HD5 measures merely at 89x55x14mm and weighs at 125g. The NW-HD5 will be equipped with a removable battery, boosting up to 40hrs of battery. Lastly, it comes with with SonicStage 3.1, true MP3 support, ATRAC3+ compatibility, and USB recharge capability.
