Splitfish FRAGFX Shark Aims Squarely at XBox 360 FPS Gamers
When it comes to console gaming, there are certain games which lend themselves to gamepads and there are some that do not. If you own an Xbox 360 and wanted to use a keyboard and mouse for your favorite FPS game (for example), your options were however very, very limited. Luckily, for all you hard-core console gaming FPS'ers out there, Splitfish is coming to your rescue with their all new FRAGFX Shark.

Similar to the Razer Hydra, the Splitfish FRAGFX Shark is a two piece affair that looks sort of like a wireless mouse and an oddly shaped wireless Wii "Nunchuck". Both components are wirelessly connected to your Xbox 360 via 2.4Ghz USB adapter. The beauty of this two piece setup is that you get all the fine aiming control of a mouse along with the great movement control that a gamepad offers. If that is not good enough, the FRAGFX Shark will have built in special button mapping abilities such as rapid fire and macros. Even better is the fact that the FRAGFX Shark runs off two AA batteries and will get you 50+ hours gaming (or 500 hours standby), so you wont be left with a dead battery in the middle of your next frag-fest. While pricing is not known at this time, what is known is that at the end of August you will be able to purchase this killer peripheral.
