USRobotics' Newest USB Skype Handset

USRobotics is bringing to market yet another new Skype handset called the USR9630 Cordless Phone for Skype. It seems Skype handsets are ever popular these days, with one launching seemingly daily. The cool part about the USR9630 is that it is cordless and frees you from being stuck at the PC during Skype calls, much like the Logitech Cordless Internet Handset. USR's DECT 6.0 technology means that the cordless Skype phone won't interfere with your WiFi, Bluetooth or other home appliances.

Operating range is 150 feet indoors and 900 feet outdoors. The backlit LCD gives access to your Skype contacts and phone book entries. In addition to a battery level indicator there is also a out of range indicator. Connectivity is via USB 1.1 and 2.0 and Windows XP and 2000 OS' are supported.
