Hot Hardware Reviews the Corsair Flash Padlock

  August 14th, 2007

We talked about the Corsair Flash Padlock USB drive a while back here on Everything USB. The keypad allows users to physically protect the data on the drive from being read, and even keep the drive from being seen by Windows without the correct password.

The guys at Hot Hardware have a review up of the Flash Padlock. They found that the Padlock is much larger than most every other flash drive around. They also give the manual good marks for its walkthroughs and instructions. The only real drawbacks they give for the Padlock is that the drive is large, has smaller storage capacities and the data transfer rate could be faster. I guess you have to make some sacrifices for security.
