For years we have been seeing people in the movies interacting with technology via other methods other than touch. We've had speech to text and command control for many years, but actual neural control has been lacking. Last year at CeBIT, OCZ unveiled the Neural Impulse Actuator, a device that promises to let you control your computer to a certain extent via brain, eye, and facial muscle activity. Well that was last year and it appears that OCZ is getting ready to start shipping the NIA very soon. Something like this definitely has the potential to revolutionize gaming and computer use as we know it. OCZ claims that the NIA can cut reaction times by up to 60%. Sources say that it is relatively easy to pick up and most people should be able to get the hang of it in just a few hours but it might take a very long time to master it, just as typing and precision mouse control. Until we can jack into the Matrix, this may just be the next best thing and it will only set you back $300.About Everything USB
