Kensington Flylight Becomes USB Flashlight

  June 8th, 2005

Kensington's third generation USB Flylight has now evolved into a flashlight. There are three parts: the gooseneck USB charger, the Flylight 3.0 with built-in battery, and keychain attachment.

When attached to the laptop's USB port, the gooseneck-mounted USB cable provides lightning for late night computing while charges the light's battery. Unscrew its brushed aluminum head, and the Flylight becomes a flashlight that lasts up to an hour of continuous use.

The $24.99 USB Flylight 3.0 costs five bucks more than the the 8-LED ultra-bright Flylight 2.0.
