Vibrating USB Mouse is Un-Stimulating

  May 2nd, 2006

Good money was paid by a EverythingUSB staffer for a vibrating mouse that couldn't vibrate a piece of lint off a gnat's rear end. The mouse in question is the Vibration Optical Mouse. Oddly when the vibration is on, the mouse does not function for pointing, but clicking still works. $22 USD of hard earned cash was exchanged for this USB tragedy.

Featuring two buttons and a scroll wheel in addition to the button to control the intensity of the vibration, the device resembles most other optical mice. However, it is designed to vibrate the palm of the mouse user, I can only assume to relieve stress and muscle tension from having to write about products like this. The mouse is Windows XP, ME, 2000 and 98 compatible.
