Label Printer Mouse, Convergence Gone Horribly Wrong

  November 2nd, 2007

WE RECOMMEND
Label Printer Mouse, Convergence Gone Horribly Wrong

Convergence is all fine and good but there comes a point when convergence turns into bastardization. That mouse with a built-in number pad we saw a few weeks back was very close to the convergence limits I could withstand.

Today we find a new convergence product that clearly slips into the abyss of bastardization, and unsurprisingly Brando sells it. The Casio USB Label Mouse Printer is just what it sounds like. A USB mouse that has a thermal label printer crammed inside. Why you would want a label printer inside your mouse is a question better asked elsewhere. The printer can print using any TrueType fonts installed on your computer and can print about 8mm wide and about 50mm long labels. The price for this bastard mouse is $29.00 and the label rolls cost $14.00 for three.
