There is a new version of the USB self-destruct button available in Japan. To me it does not look nearly as cool as the old version of the USB self-destruct button nor is it as neat as the one integrated into the notebook computer we discussed here. Granted I am working with a Google translation, but it appears that the new version also is not totally powered by the USB bus and there is no mention of a USB hub integrated into the device. Size is about 7cm wide and it is slated to be available at the end of November. About Everything USB
