Feast your eyes upon Solid Year's Multimedia Webcam Keyboard (ACK-2230UMSP), the first keyboard we're aware of that includes support for all of Skype's goodness including a 30fps VGA hide-away webcam, speakerphone, side-mounted headset ports, and a dedicated Skype button. Your standard volume slider and multimeda hotkeys also make an appearance, although we're not too crazy about the tiny backspace and backslash keys.
