Mimo "Mobile Slider" USB Monitor Goes Touchscreen

Recycling a good design is always a sound business decision in times like this. Nanovision has shown us its well-thought out Mimo 710-S with its dual hinge flexibility that allows folding into a clamshell for easy transport and switching the USB monitor's orientation effortlessly. The identical design will soon be shared by 720-S touchscreen USB display.

Fundamentally, the Mimo 710-S and 720-S have the same basics: 7", 800x480 resolution, USB-powered, 350 cd/m2 brightness and 500:1 contrast ratio. If the pricing of the 710-S is any indications, the 720-S touchscreen refresh will likely cost $30 more, at least during launch. And unlike its touchsceen sibling, the slimmer 720-S won't come with a built-in webcam.
